2013 Application

2013 Application is ready! We’ve updated it to allow us to better manage the applications. You can find the new application here. An account will be required to help ensure we have correct email addresses for everyone. This new form also includes all the announcers information as well so just 1 form to submit.

PayPal integration is not yet setup but will be soon. We will notify once it is. Once done, you’ll be able to submit payment online. You will be able to go back after we have it setup and pay the $25 entry fee or you can submit it the previous way by check to the below address.
