MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL FIRST TIME PARADE ENTRANTS
This meeting will introduce first time parade entrants to all facets of the Arlington Independence Day Parade – you may have all your questions answered, get tips on building an award-winning entry, pay entry fees. Of course all parade entrants are invited.

Parade Assembly Area in the UT Arlington parking lot at the southeast corner of Cooper St. and Mitchell St.
MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL PARADE ENTRANTS AND ENTRY MARSHALS
All entrants will be able to pick up Assembly Area passes at this meeting. You must have your Assembly Area passes in order to enter the Assembly Area on Parade morning.
We will also be covering important Parade Day information about Parade timeline, check in procedure, safety and much more. We will have official Parade tee shirts for sale at this meeting. Please bring a chair as this meeting is outdoors in the Parade Assembly Area.
